Roberts provides the difference
Jamal Roberts rushed for 222 yards on 34 carries and scored twice as Missouri defeated Texas A&M 27-6 on Saturday, Oct. 10, 2026, at Memorial Stadium in Columbia, Missouri. Roberts scored on a 2-yard run in the third quarter and added a 54-yard touchdown run in the fourth.
Missouri was the home team, while Texas A&M was the visiting team. The game was played before an attendance of 63,609.
Missouri builds its lead
Texas A&M opened the scoring in the first quarter when David Olano made a 53-yard field goal for a 3-0 Aggies lead. Missouri answered in the second quarter when Austin Simmons connected with Cayden Lee for a 32-yard touchdown pass, with Blake Craig making the kick for a 7-3 Tigers lead.
Craig added a 50-yard field goal later in the second quarter, sending Missouri into halftime with a 10-3 advantage. Missouri’s lead grew in the third quarter on Craig’s 51-yard field goal and Roberts’ 2-yard touchdown run, which included another Craig kick. The Tigers led 20-3 after three quarters.
Olano made a 27-yard field goal for Texas A&M in the fourth quarter, cutting the margin to 20-6. Roberts’ 54-yard touchdown run, followed by Craig’s kick, completed the scoring and gave Missouri its 27-6 final margin.
