Mavericks face Rockets in Macao: Dallas tipoff times for Oct. 9 and 11

Dallas basketball fans will have two chances to see the Mavericks face the Houston Rockets in Macao this weekend, with both preseason games at The Venetian Arena.

Friday’s Oct. 9 tipoff is 7 a.m. CDT; Sunday’s Oct. 11 game starts at 5 a.m. CDT, according to Dallas’ schedule.

The NBA lists both games on NBA TV.

The overseas exhibitions are part of the NBA China Games 2026. The league and Sands China announced the pairing in January, alongside plans for fan events and community programming in Macao.

Dallas hired Dusty May in June. The exhibitions offer an early look at the team under its new coach.
