Morgan Stanley plans to establish a new U.S. hub in Dallas with $684 million in capital investment and more than 3,800 jobs, Gov. Greg Abbott’s office announced Sept. 28.
The firm has leased temporary space at Fountain Place in downtown Dallas while it awaits construction of a planned Uptown tower at 2401 McKinney Ave., Bisnow reported.
