Dallas Water Utilities customers will be unable to use DallasGo to access their accounts or make water-bill payments online or by phone during scheduled maintenance overnight Oct. 17–18.
The city’s Oct. 16 notice sets the outage for 10 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 17, through 9 a.m. Sunday, Oct. 18. Both times are Central.
Customers planning to use those services this weekend should account for the 11-hour maintenance window. The notice also directs customers to the city’s list of authorized DWU payment locations.
That directory provides business names, addresses and phone numbers. Customers should check a location’s hours before making a trip; the city’s maintenance notice does not promise that payment stations will be open overnight.
