Paramount+ plans to film a scene in the south lobby of Dallas Arts Tower on Monday, Oct. 19, according to a notice the building's management sent to tenants.

The shoot is scheduled from noon to 3 p.m. Traffic in the south lobby will be "deterred intermittently" during filming, and building security will be on hand to direct people, the notice from Fortis Property Group's management office says.

One lane of San Jacinto Street will stay open, and the building's entrance and loading dock will not be affected, according to the notice.

The notice does not name the production.

Dallas Arts Tower, formerly Chase Tower, is the 55-story downtown office tower at 2200 Ross Ave., completed in 1987. Its owner, Fortis Property Group, gave it the new name in 2023.

*Disclosure: Jake Team LLC, which publishes dallastx.city, is a tenant in Dallas Arts Tower and received the notice.*
